Mary K. Martin is a former prosecutor who handled child protection, juvenile court, and family law related matters. Martin knows that family law issues can be challenging, frustrating, and stressful. Martin has handled a number of significant child custody and family law cases, including:

In re E.J., 2015-Ohio-731: the biological mother a minor child appealed from the decision of the Court of Common Pleas granting legal custody to the child’s paternal grandmother.

In re L.J., 2015-Ohio-1567: the biological father of a child appealed from the judgment of the Common Pleas Court granting Children Services permanent custody of the child.
