Anne Tamashasky – Of Counsel – Title IX Lawyer
As a former career prosecutor with 20+ years trial experience, Anne handled over 4,000 criminal cases annually, including attempted murder, domestic violence, OVIs, child custody and support, and abused, neglected and dependent children. Anne also was an adjunct professor for 6 years at the University of Dayton School of Law where she taught income tax preparation and supervised the tax clinic. Anne was responsible for the practical courtroom training of the first group of SANE (Sexual Assault Nurse Examiners) in Butler County, Ohio, the majority of law clerks/legal interns for the prosecutor’s office, and was an integral team member for the establishment and certification of both a Veteran’s Court and a Mental Health docket in Warren County, OH. Additionally, she has been a presenter for NAPSA (National Association of Pre-trial Service Agencies) national conference in 2006. Since leaving the prosecutor’s office at the end of 2015, Anne has represented clients in criminal defense, juvenile, custody, probate, landlord-tenant, eviction, and Title IX cases. Anne is licensed to practice in Ohio and federal courts, and is a member of the Ohio State Bar Association.
